Being prepared with thoughtful questions will show that you are passionate about the role as well as organized and will help you get a better idea of what the company and role look like.     About your success in the position<\/p>

    1. What are the most important things you\u2019d like to see someone accomplish in the first 30, 60 or 90 days on the job?<\/li>
    2. How will you measure the success of the person in this position?<\/li>
    3. How might your expectations for this role change over time?<\/li><\/ol>

      About the company<\/p>

      1. How would you describe the company culture here?<\/li>
      2. What type of people tend to thrive, and what types don\u2019t?<\/li>
      3. Where do you see the company in 5 years?<\/li><\/ol>

        About training and development<\/p>

        1. What training programs are available to your employees?<\/li>
        2. What is a typical career path for this position?<\/li>
        3. Are there opportunities for advancement or professional development?<\/li><\/ol>

              In an interview scenario it is important to remember that you are interviewing them as much as they are interviewing you! This is your chance to assess whether the position will be a good fit for you. Do this by evaluating what you would like to know before going into the interview to clear up any questions you have about the path forward.<\/p>
